Customer service is priority in this clean, relaxing environment. LATHER is a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, carrying high-grade, boutique products for your haircare needs.
Lather is located in the Green Gables Professional Complex. Look for the green roof!
Once you enter the complex, the best place to park is on the east side.

About
Hello! My name is Sara Guttormson—owner (and hairstylist) of LATHER. Ever since I was a little girl, I've wanted to be a hairdresser. I had a salon in my bedroom and employed all of my stuffed animals. My parents would be regular clients for their $5 hair brushing appointments. In 2009, I pursued my dream and enrolled in cosmetology school. Right out of school, I was lucky enough to be hired on as an apprentice at one of the top Paul Mitchell salons in the nation. This salon shaped my career. I rose from being an apprentice, to a stylist, to a trainer. In 2018, I decided to take the leap and become a salon owner. I have passion for hair and I can say I absolutely love my career. It is an incredible feeling knowing that I contribute to a good hair day—which is the best kind of day!
I met the love of my life in high school. My husband and I got married in 2010 and we have truly built a fantastic life together in this last decade. The biggest joy of our lives came with our three children, In our spare time we renovate our house, travel, check out the local brewery scene, and fight for a spot on the couch with our great dane while watching new Netflix shows.

Let’s get you ready for your big day! Here are the options LATHER provides
The Trial
During your in-salon trial, Sara can recreate your top 2-3 styles you have in mind.
We work together to find the right look that compliments you, your dress, and the overall feel of your wedding.
Please bring any hairpiece or veil you’ll be wearing the day of your wedding.
Please also bring inspiration pictures, front and back views. Please try to find pictures that have similar hair color and texture to yours if possible. Usually scheduled 2-3 weeks before the wedding.
*The style will not be perfected 100% until the day of the wedding. No style will be exactly the same twice, so the trial serves as a practice run to make it just right day of!
The Day Of
Sara will arrive to you in the comfort of your prep space, on time, and ready to start and always stay on schedule.
Please contact Sara with the number of your bridal party. Additional stylists can be added to accommodate your party size.
In-Salon styling is also available for brides who want a salon experience.
Having a Destination wedding? We travel!
Prices
Bride : $130
Bridal trial: $50
Bridesmaid, flower girl, mother : $90
Travel fee
Flat rate of $40 in the Denver Metro area
Outside of Denver Metro area (still in state): Price per mile
Out of state: price varies

The fine print.
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand things come up, but time is very valuable in the salon. You will be sent an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelling less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total service. In case of emergency or would like to discuss this further, please contact Sara at 720-210-4756. Thank you.
Late Arrivals
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call/text to let us know. If you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens, you will still be responsible for the full cost amount of the services booked.
Color & Cut Adjustments
If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact Sara within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!
Gift cards
Purchase gift cards easily online. The gift cards are safely stored in LATHER’s system and ready to use at your convenience.
